New to Fidelity.com?
If you’ve never logged in to Fidelity.com, click from the top menu bar, then go to New User Registration. To complete your online registration and create a customer ID you will need to enter your:
- Social Security number,
- account number,
- date of birth, and
- zipcode.
To view and monitor your accounts online, simply log in:
1. Enter your Social Security number or Customer ID.
2. Enter your PIN (personal identification number)
3. Click Login.
Forgot Your PIN or Customer ID?
Click from the top menu bar and click on the appropriate link in the Manage Your Login section to reset your PIN or Customer ID.
Not sure if you’re already a registered user?
You are a registered user if you have previously established an ID and PIN to access any of the following Fidelity sites:
- Fidelity.com
- eWorkplace
- NetBenefits (from either current or previous employer)
- You established an ID and PIN to access NetBenefits with a former employer.
If you have forgotten your customer ID, click Forgot Your Customer ID? to retrieve it.
If you have forgotten your PIN, click Forgot Your PIN? to reset it.
If you have forgotten both your customer ID and PIN, or if your account access has been restricted for security reasons, call a Fidelity representative at 1-800-544-6666 for assistance.
